Booking & Payments
- Payment is due in full when booking and is nonrefundable.
- All day rentals are nonrefundable.
- For the “5 days + 6th free” program, scan the QR code daily. Missed scans cannot be added later.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- A second reschedule, same-day cancellation, or no-show forfeits the day.
- Refund requests follow the cancellation and rescheduling policies above.
Cleaning & Shared Spaces
- Leave the space as you found it: wipe surfaces, sweep, disinfect bowls and chairs, and take trash to the bin.
- Failure to reset the space may result in fees or loss of access.
- Use only the booth or suite you rented.
- Do not rent or move tools and products you have not paid for.
- Respect everyone’s personal space.
Guests & Children
- No additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service.
Parking & Perks
- Parking: A public parking area is available.
- Social media: Tag K Aura in posts showing your rental to receive $10 off your next appointment.
- Referrals: Receive a small gift and a free day for each friend you refer.
